Took food from food banks, food pantries and donations to feed the prisoners. So in addition to taking state funds to pay for personal things, he also took food out of the mouths of the needy, the reason for the food banks in the first place. The 60 days was only for contempt. His trial for all of the felonies hasn't happened yet. And, in my opinion, 60 days for a contempt charge is a pretty good ruling considering most judges only give a few days for contempt.

is this a judge or a joke?...was he really making a reference to a tv show whilst giving out a sentence? then the sudden monologue saying "do not try to deceive me, defy me..." and all that drama and emotions he's portraying during court is beyond ridiculous

That’s dark. Judge scolding out the sheriff like that with a loud hammer slammed on to the desk. Damn. I figured this is one way of punishing corrupted people with that angry attitude for sure.

@@dutchvanderlinde2002 I get how it works, but if I was judge he was get no contempt of court from me, I would just send him straight to jail, he broke the law as the saying goes "Don't do the crime if you can't time." still giving him the six years.
