Recipe:
Wash the drumsticks and thighs, then season with salt, pepper, and golden chicken seasoning.
Place them in a preheated pan with a little oil and move on to the onion, which we cut into large cubes.
After chopping the onion, turn the meat over to the other side and fry for 2 minutes.
After 2 minutes, turn the meat again and fry for another 2 minutes, then add the onion and fry for an additional 2 minutes.
Add about 200-300 ml of broth to the meat and cook covered for 30 minutes.
After this time, add 3 tablespoons of cream and a few tablespoons of the sauce from the meat to a bowl, mix thoroughly, and add to the meat.
Next, cook for about 5 minutes until the sauce is reduced, and it's ready :)
