Hello everyone dear friends. Today I will cook very tasty sausage cutlets. They turn out so juicy, so meaty. There is no bread or eggs in the minced meat.
And they are easy to prepare.
Be sure to prepare them for lunch or dinner. I'm sure everyone will like these cutlets.
For the recipe I will need:
You can use any minced meat, I used pork.
Add salt, black pepper and a teaspoon of dried garlic.
Add all spices and salt to taste.
I grate three cloves of garlic on a fine grater.
I add a secret ingredient - soda, starch.
I add sour cream.
There is no need to extinguish the soda, it will be extinguished with sour cream.
I mix everything well. Thanks to the soda, these cutlets will be so airy and very tasty. And now the minced meat needs to be beaten well. I pick it up and throw it into the bowl. Thanks to this, the minced meat will keep its shape well and the cutlets will not fall apart in the pan.
I beat the minced meat in this way for three to four minutes.
These protein threads have formed and the minced meat is ready.
I cover it with film and put it in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.
Traditionally, these cutlets are served with pickled onions.
I cut three small red onions with feathers.
Transfer the onion to a bowl.
I add a tablespoon of sugar and squeeze out the juice of one lime. You can also use lemon.
I add salt and a pinch of oregano.
I stir and leave the onions to marinate.
I form cutlets or you can say sausages. I wet my hands with water.
I take the minced meat and press it in my hands, giving it shape. I transfer the cutlets to the board.
There are 12 pieces in total.
I put a frying pan on to heat up and pour in some vegetable oil.
Place the cutlets in a frying pan and fry over medium heat on 4 sides, about 2 minutes, until nicely golden brown.
The cutlets are fried, I remove them to a plate.
I put pickled onions and a little cilantro on top.
We bring everything to the table.
