HOW TO MAKE JUCY LUCY BURGER
__________________________________________________________________
INGREDIENTS NEEDED:
- 1lb (approx) ground Beef - 80/20 ideal
- Worcestershire sauce
- salt and fresh cracked pepper
- American style cheese
- your favourite burger toppings
METHOD:
Step #1
To begin start by seasoning your ground beef with Worcestershire sauce as well as your salt and pepper then mix loosely. Next separate your beef into 2-2.5 inch balls. Press each ball down until it is about 1/4 in thickness using a pan or large spatula. With your burgers flattened add in two slices of American style cheese then place the second beef patty on top sealing the edges and making now one uniform looking burger patty.
Step #2
With your grill up to around 400F, and your grillgrates hot place on your burgers and let them begin to cook for around 4 minutes or until you have developed a nice crust on the outside of the burger. Flip the burger and repeat for another 3-4 minutes. once your burger has a nice crust on both sides remove it from the heat and continue to cook it indirect at 400 until the burger as come up to your desired temperature of around 165F.
Step #3
With your burgers done, toast your buns on the grillgrates then begin to assemble your burger the way you wish.
