며칠전에 우연히 영상 접하게 되면서 오래된 영상부터 차근차근 보고있는데 최근영상이 피드에 떠서 들어왔어요 생활하는 모습에서 건강과 생기가 화면너머까지 전해져서 보고있으면 기분이 좋아져요 영상 쭉 보다가 저도 매번 실패했던 다이어트를 어제부터 다시 시작했습니다 즐겁고 행복한 하루 보내세요

You've really lost a lot of weight, it's crazy to see, good job!! :) i just came home from my run today - not dawn cardio but still a morning run. I want to wake up earlier to run though so i'll try 5:30am this week ^^ i've had a weekend with LOTS of food so seeing your video really gives me motivation to get back to my diet routine. I'm cheering both of us on, let's continue with healthy habits!!

Hi Freya! As always thank you for sharing your routine! Love your nails. So the blue is soothing yet glamourous. I like how you promote a diet as a lifestyle change and habit instead of crush diet and it's gonna be yo-yo effect later on. If it's a lifestyle & habit, it will sustain. Love what you eat at home, your workout, running/jogging outside, wow~~~ beautiful life. Reading a book is one damn hobby/habit that I cannot get hold of since young (unfortunately) but journaling or diary writing is my thing. I *vomit* out my thoughts and feeling on my journal. HAHA! Have a great weekend ! HUGS!!!

I am so glad I can get back to my gym routine soon, just 2 more months left. I have been saving money for my upcoming move to a new house (and a totally new city for me) as I am starting my master's degree in September, so I have had to cut off all the extra expenses. And during this summer I have been just working, so I don't have time for anything else anyways... I am spending 3 hours of my day just commuting to work and back home... But finally in September after my move, I can sign up for the gym for the students only and that is only 70e for the whole fall & spring semester. I can't believe how cheap it is, usually, the gym per month here in Finland is 25 euros at the cheapest and can be almost 100 euros too, depending on the gym. More healthier version of me, see you soon :D

안녕하세요!! 저는 운동관련 아이템은 주로 나이키를 입어요 ㅎㅎ 제가 젤 많이 입는 템은 www.nike.com/kr/ko_kr/t/women/ap/women-training/DD0437-010/dmps18/as-w-nk-df-alpha-zip-front-bra 요 아이입니다! 그리고 저녁 액체류 같은 경우는 원래는 액체류 + 고구마 100그람 or 견과류 1봉 을 먹다가 적응 돼서 이제는 액체류만 먹는것 같아요 :) 너무 배고플것같은날엔 배가 잘 차고 탄수화물이 거의없는 식단을 만들어먹어요! ( 오이 + 닭가슴살 + 곤약면 + 스리라차소스 조합 최곱니당 아쥬 배빵빵 )

I really need someone to tell me how to overcome my gym anxiety😭 I mean I’m completely okay with going and doing exercises yet I really become uncomfortable when people start to fill up the gym ㅠㅠ. I understand that everyone is busy doing their work but maybe someone can share their ways of overcoming this kind of problem

I used to be the same but then I remembered that many other people might be thinking the same - just concentrate on yourself and pumping through those sets :)

tbh it's hard- sometimes I have a period when I can't go to the gym because my anxiety kicks in, but then I remember why people go to the gym in the first place (I also blast music too, and lmao I literally do not make eye contact with anyone, and nobody does either so Ig just pretend theirs no one around you) Also if you're doing like biking or running and if you want you can watch something while your doing it

yup:) she's right, jogging and running would make you legs slim down while weightlifting would make your legs get bulkier
