Great job. This bass line has always been underrated. Has a great and infectious groove. When i am a little sluggish and need to set a faster pace throughout my day to get more things done,, It is one of the songs I play to help speed me up.

Todd, are there two versions of this, for some reason, this sounds like a slower tempo than the radio version to me. Could be my imagination. Anyway, great bass line- if you hear the guitar part standalone, you realize how much of the depth/richness of the riff and chorus is actually the bass.

They do that a lot for long songs. One notorious song that gets ruined by radio play is Right Down The Line by Gerry Rafferty. Listen to the album vs radio edit. You will notice the radio edit is slightly faster and they didn't pitch correct it so it's sharp. Sounds bad.
