If you are not a specialist choose someone to follow that can guide you, either in the commodity cycles and trends in general, but also specifically for mining give guidance on different companies. There are a lot of choices out there for all tastes. Personally I would suggest to anybody interested in this space to subscribe to lobo's my take, where a lot of companies receives thumbs up and down and an explanation why. Well, for me I bought into New Found Gold big solely because Eric Sprott bought in huge at $8.00 and the stock was about $3.60ish when I bought. Did I do homework? Yes, but I clearly started buying before my homework due to Eric's ownership and it's price being 1/2 of his Placement purchase. And it worked out great. But this is rarely done. But if an Alkin or Sprott owns a stock and I find out then those stocks become primary targets. Example? Global Atomic and Mike Alkin. And today my goal is to increase to 1 million GLO shs Coup or no Coup. That does not scare me.

@@ResourceTalks look at day traders who use ninjatrader as a setup and look how they use bracket orders. It’s the same principle but on a much larger timeframe. Set stop loss above your average but below support levels don’t be to greedy, when support levels in time goes up you bump your stop loss. When the time comes you think its time to abandon the ship you bump your stop loss into support levels

Could you perhaps ask rick rule or get experts thoughts on Uranium ETFs? I know a lot is speculation and a few big players, etc. But I've never heard of them talk about if ETFs are a good way of diversifying for those that do not have the expertise to analyse companies, or is it best just individual companies? I know Rick has Sprott Physical but this would be more like Sprott Uranium Miners ETF or Global x Uranium ETF or even ones like Global x Copper (COPX) ETFs? Whats his thoughts, your thoughts and any other experts thoughts on this for a diversified entry point for those without the indepth expertise? thank youuu
@Lyzaaarnew

Or if you have any previous episodes that discuss this, ive watched a lot on this channel but just starting on ceobbq now. Do you have any ideas of previous ETF discussions, whether it is Gold, Copper, Uranium, just whether it is great exposure or not good.

@@enzoloko7483 What made you switch your entire coal holdings to uranium? What were your thoughts on not diversifying across the energy sectors?
@enzoloko7483

@@Michael-xn6qp Because was very clear to me that with covid was going to be a bull market of commodities and i chose u because was the top 1 of 2 Spanish funds and i though it was very very small and was very strong in returns in the past. Coal has stocks has performed ( in average) 10 times better than u stocks. 10 times it is a lot. It has been the biggest mistake of my life: consol 25x, btu 25x and hallador 25x ( i bought all of this at the minimum) but i sold them at 3x to buy more uranium. It was my mistake but what makes me a little angry is the show off worls of u twits where nobody tells you the real picture. I compare uranium with energy and other commodity assets and we have been worse in equities than lithium and coal. Our dear Antonio wont tell us that we have less money than 2 years ago, he has a interview business to cover and he will never justin where his 50x, peak in less than 18 months, weeks and bigger markets than 2007 at 55 are. Nobody knows anything this is a matter of luck, now i am fully loaded in uranium but this is an example of sunk bias.
@Michael-xn6qp
11 ай бұрын
@@enzoloko7483 I don't think anyone would've forecasted these coal stocks to have done so well. Regarding Antonio, he was sold onto the uranium story. One will only invest into what one believes, right? I was still figuring out the sector in 2020, so I only went 10% into it. I did overweight oil, though. Like you said, luck seems to be a large part of all this.
