1/4 teaspoon cinnamon.
2 apples.
250 ml water.
Leave on for 10 minutes.

1 teaspoon salt.
2 eggs.
1-2 tomatoes.
Mozzarella cheese.
Avocado oil.
Fry on both sides until done.

1 egg.
1 teaspoon stevia.
Vanillin.
50ml water.
1 tablespoon vegetable oil.
2 apples.
15g butter.
Cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
