Great catch! The title highlights the most important spice, but I couldn’t resist sharing a few other spices that also have amazing brain benefits along the way 😊. @@harrymatabal8448 Maybe you must read again...the number 1 spice that is most important, is saffron, but there is 7 other spices all that is helpful....why be so negative this is meant to help us? Come over yourselve please!
