【No-knead & easy Panini with Potato and Bacon】
<Ingredients>For 4 pieces
100g Bread flour (I use domestic bread flour)
30g Cake flour
10g sugar (or sugar of your choice)
1.5g salt
1g yeast
25g lukewarm water (About 40°C)
Pinch of sugar
75g milk (about 30°C)
10 g thick sesame oil (or your favorite vegetable oil or unsalted butter)
・Mashed potatoes
1 potato (about 100-130g, peeled)
A pinch of salt and pepper
1 tablespoon milk
☆ Heat in a microwave oven at 600W for about 3 minutes, depending on how it looks.
・Filling
4 slices of half bacon
About 50-60 g shredded cheese
Mashed potatoes
Mayonnaise and black pepper to taste
・Fermentation & baking in a pan
1) Moisten the surface of the dough with a misting spray, cover with a lid, and cook over medium heat for 1 minute.
2) Turn off the heat and let the dough ferment for 20 minutes.
3) First, cook on low heat for about 7 minutes ⇒ turn over and cook on medium to low heat for about 5 minutes.Bake for about 3 more minutes, watching closely, for a total of 15 to 17 minutes.
