Ingredients
5-6 bone in skin on chicken thighs
8 chicken feet
4 carrots
2 stalks celery
1/2 tbsp whole peppercorns
rosemary, thyme
bay leaf
2 in ginger , sliced
1 in turmeric root
lemongrass stalk
Thai red curry
2 cups coconut cream
1 tsp complete seasoning
Thai Holy basil
corn
onion
red bell pepper
juice 1 lim
1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
