Funny thing, but even with the shiny format, the flashy music and the fast pace, they really showed some realistic subject matter in each episode and social commentary. Especially this one, where they bring to life the terror that awaits a normal person in jail. Kudos to the writers.

That's an amazing system. If a person gets killed in prison even before the trial, who is responsible for that? Especially, if that person is proved to be innocent afterwards.

Shoild be in a cell by himself until the trial until he is proven guilty or not guilty. I would say the Prison is responsible for not protecting him he was young and thrown in a cell with thoes much older prisoners. Unjust and irresponsible.

@@marirothbauer5407 Law & Order had a episode with a suspect getting shived in prison. They just glossed it over. If someone gets murdered in prison, the detectives seem to take a hands-off attitude. I think jail or prison has a duty of care to keep a suspect - somebody who has not been tried - free of harm. There should be serious repercussions if a suspect doesn't come out the way he went in, or, worse yet, can't be produced at trial because he's been unalived while in custody. After all, that is the original meaning of 'custody'.

I'm really liking this series. I guess WB didn't carry it where I live, because I would have definitely watched it. I've had a crush on Don Johnson since Miami Vice. Funny that Don Johnson made a joke about Cold Play in this episode since his daughter dates Chris Martin

People who haven't been in jail appear to be a little delusory. Tip: be a little more polite than you all typically are in your arrogant lives. And a little less both pretentious and sniveling toward your trumps.

If this episode has any merit regarding the justice system… it tells me that the legality of the psychological aspect has no value; Simply put… Which is why real criminals have a smile on their faces, because they can legally get away with murder and not be acceptable, welcome to the democratic version of democracy 😢
