Amazing. Do you still have the tank? Be great to see an uodate... Also - did you leave the outlet nozzle in the direction that we see here? I have the same tank and struggling with flow and oxygenation

I have the same filter/tank too, but my nozzle only has one angle not two. It’s meant to point up towards to break the surface of the water to get oxygenation. Facing it straight or down will give you a current but do little to provide oxygen. Yes it’s a little noisy but is required, you don’t have to point the nozzle full on to the top. Secondly you can easily take the propeller part out of filter and clean it up. If it’s clogged up it’s not going to be all that efficient.

Hello Pavol Your tank is wonderful and motivates me to change my Juwel Delta 100 corner tank (150 l) into a planted tank. Can you tell me how many kg lava rocks and gravels used?
@PavolKulanda

Thank you. I am not too sure now. It was quite a while ago. I think i used roughly 10-15kg of lava rock 8L bag of gravel 2x8L bags of soil.

Wow. Love your videos. I have the same tank so plan to copy you :)Thanks for sharing. Can i ask how much substrate you used? Would two 9 liter bags do it?

Thank you for kind words. I have to get back to making videos. I have been very busy with family, work and aquascaping and missed to edit lots of good stuff. I think i used 2 9L bags of tropica aquasoil in this tank but you need to consider what i used on the bottom at the back to raise the level high. I had those from previous tanks. It gives more depth and perspective to layout.

Pavel where did you get the lava rocks and the gravel used to raise the height at the rear of the tank

Richard LFS mate. U can use seachem fluorite red. Lava rock then crush it with hammer or buy alfagrog filter media. It will work out cheaper than buying lava rock. Unless you can find it cheap in some garden centre.

MondoReman plenty space for small species of tetras. Aquascaping is mainly about hardscape and plants.
