Making steamed buns for winter snack

🥣 Recipe
Ingredients: 500g red bean, 300g flour, sugar, salt, honey
👉🏻 Boiling red beans
1) 500g of red beans soaked in water (for a day)
2) Transfer the red beans soaked in a pressure cooker or pot and add water to the extent that the red beans are submerged
3) Add 3 tablespoons of sugar, half a teaspoon of salt, and bring to a boil over medium-high heat
4) When it's enough, add 3 tablespoons of honey and boil it for another 10 minutes
- If you want to eat healthy red beans, crush them with a spoon
If you want to eat gently without particles, grind it with a goblin bat or blender.
*Put the remaining red beans in the freezer and eat them again later!
👉🏻 Making steamed bread dough
1) Melt 150g of warm milk with 1.5 tbsp sugar and half a teaspoon of salt
2) Add 2 teaspoons of instant yeast and melt
3) 2 tablespoons of cooking oil
4) Add 150g of the first flour and mix
5) Add the remaining 150g of the second batch and make a lump
6) Rub the dough with your hands
7) ferment for an hour
(*Use steam function in oven: Leave it there for about 1 hour and it will swell.)
8) Divide the swollen dough into appropriate sizes
