As a person that retuned from the US, I’m in complete agreement about the employee rights and the shortsightedness of the labor law. “Capitalist economy with communist workforce” is the perfect statement. It needs to be reformed for a long term sustainable economy.

You guys are doing great. Your critics about our country's business environment being much immature is so true. But business managers are making the same critique again and again, mc might be a case that they themselves are not also matured enough to deal with the situations and teach us innovative strategies. If you say this is not enough and that is not enough, comparing to any of foreign companies experience then I think you were there[abroad] for nothing. U should've brought a way to deal with our weaknesses, rather than pointing on other body to do it for you. Gov't is not gonna do a shit to help us with it. We expect an answer and strategy from market and business men like you who've got the chance to travel the world and observe it.

Great Guest. Thanks for sharing your experience. Capitalism essence is against societal framework. It does not benefit Human being as a society and individual. Take USA as an example. Giant companies, loosely connected people.
