u r amazing .....chef ...love ur cooking uttensils ..... i like mughlai cousene becouse its rich nd full of flavours of whole spices ,ground spices i make roganjosh many tym but i never use cookcomb flower into this but now i make roganjash with cookscomb ...thanx for sharing ur experience with us... god bless u dear

Tips in between What's I dislike is choice of music and very few veg recipes.. Don't use any background score at all just like what "peaceful cuisine" does

Wow ashish .. u always tend to outdo urself ! I had no idea those flowers were edible .. grandma always used ratanjyot for this recipe for color .. This looks so pretty yet light and flavourful .. way to go dear !

Sir you are the most underrated chef on you tube you're recipes are so authentic and amazing. However I have one small suggestion please don't use that red laddle it dosen't compliment the beautiful meal cooked in the handi. Please use a metal or wooden spoon

In Rogan Josh ghee is never used. The Kashmiri wazwans use mustard oil.

You have A great Idea of Food Science but if we talk About history Mutton Rogan Josh is Originally get in kashmir by silk route not from Mughals Mughals taken This from Kashmir And Its originaly Cooked in Mustard Oil

Dear Sarfaraz, it is authentic recipe of Roganjosh and they don't use tomato in this recipe. But if you go through the five star version of roganjosh they use tomato paste secretly to enhance the flavor. मवल के फूल, ये वही मरून रंग के फूल हैं जिनकी पंखुड़ियों का टेक्सचर मखमल की तरह दिखता है. गार्डन में अक्सर दिख जाते हैं. मुर्ग़ केश के नाम से भी बहुत से लोग इन्हे जानते हैं

All the recipes have an authentic feel. But please include more vegetarian and chicken recipes. Most of your recipes are on mutton. Sadly these days most people do not eat red meat due to potential health risks.

No garlic no onion in authentic recipe, u can use only dry ginger powder.
