Kabsa is an Arabian dish which is cooked with meat and tomato gravy. Dish has various names such as machboos or majboos and most common is Kabsa. kabsa is the national dish of Qatar and Bahrain, two major countries of the Persian Gulf. Today I will show you how to make this dish in most authentic manner.
Written Ingredients:
Rice 1kg
Chicken 1kg (4pieces)
Tomato 1/2kg (Paste)
Oil 150ml
Onion 2medium
Dried Black lemon 2
Dried Galgang root small piece
Black Cardamom 2
Green Cardamom 6
Cloves 6
Bay Leaves 2
Cinnamon 4 small pieces
Cumin 1 tbs
Black Pepper Corns 1tbs
Green Chillies 4
Salt 3tsp
Paprika 1/2tsp
Cumin Powder 1tsp
Turmeric Powder 1tsp
Coriander 1tsp
lack Pepper Powder 1tso
Water 1.5ltrs
For hashu:
Oil 2tbs
Boiled Chickpea Splits 1/2cup
Resin 1/2cup
Utensils:
Pot for cooking rice
Blender for tomato paste
Pan for Hashu
