Yellow banana is a more commonly valued source of dietary nutrition. However, unripe Green Bananas have tremendous health benefits as well. Due to their less sweet taste and rugged texture, Raw Bananas are often cooked and eaten as vegetables.
Green raw bananas are abundant in resistant starch and an essential nutrient called short-chain fatty acid. They also have vital minerals and vitamins, including potassium, vitamin B6 and C, dietary fiber, and substantial quantities of protein. One medium-sized green banana has about 80 calories. Owing to high quantities of resistant starch and dietary fiber, green bananas have a significant role to play in aiding digestion and preventing stomach problems. Raw bananas contain high levels of potassium that help lower high blood pressure by reducing the stress on our blood vessels and arteries. High levels of Vitamin B6 in raw bananas help regulate blood glucose in pre-diabetic and diabetic people. Raw bananas help in maintaining the electrolyte balance of our body, which in turn improves kidney functions.
In short raw banana is good for your hair and skin. It boosts your metabolism, helps in weight management, and saves us from dangerous decease like blood pressure, heart attack, and blood sugar.

Ingredients:
2 medium-sized onions, 1 medium-sized tomato, 3 green chilies, 5 raw green bananas, 100 ml of mustard oil + 2 tablespoons of mustard oil, 1 bay leaf, 1 piece of cinnamon, 1 black cardamom, 1/2 teaspoon of cumin seeds, 1 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste, 1 teaspoon of ground coriander, 1 teaspoon of ground red chili, 1 teaspoon of ground cumin, salt as per taste, 1 teaspoon optional Kashmiri Chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon Kitchen King masala (Optional), 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 tablespoon of Kasoori Methi ( Dry Fenugreek Leaves), and a few chopped coriander leaves.
