Kachay qeemay k kabab
ingredients:
beef/mutton/chicken mince 500 grams
ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
bhuna kuta zeera/ roasted & crushed cumin seeds 1 tsp
Bhuna kuta dhaniya/roasted & crushed coriander seeds 1 tsp
Haldi powder/tumeric powder half tsp
Red chilli flakes & powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Fine Chopped greenchillies, fresh coriander and onion
2 slice of bread or use 1 cup breadcrumbs.
Mix and marinate the mice for an hour at room temp.
DON'T MAKE THICK KABABS, PLSSS.
Center thick mat rakhna it will turn hard and dry.
Shallow fry and enjoy.
