Dry bombil is one of the most favorite dry fish.roasted in less oil to make crispyand eaten along with red chutney and rice bhakri.
Ingredients-

dry bombay duck- 30 pieces
red chilis- bedgi - and pandhi - 20 gms each.
dry coconut- 70 gms
garlic- 50 gms
salt
oil
Method-
cut bomduck into pieces. wash and roast for 15 mins in 2 tsp oil on low flame .till it becomes crispy. once done,cool and keep into air tight jar
for red chutney-
roast red chillis in 1 tbsp oil on low flame for 4 to 5 mins. once done keep aside. roast garlic for 3 mins on low flame .once done keep aside, put 1 tsp oil in pan and roast dry coconut till it turn brown. cool it. grind by adding some salt and make a red chutney.
enjoy crispy bombil with red chutney.
