It's called ะั (pronounced "As") or ะั("Yet" (meat)) originally. It's different in every region and family probably. But beshbarmak is not really in kazakh language, we do not have such word. Because five is "Bes" not "Besh" in kazakh language and "barmak" means thumb. So she's a little bit wrong. But no one cares about it now and people that don't know just use this word.
