Clean the sea bass and wash. Mix the chimichurri mix with a bit of water and oil. Coat the fish with
the mixture and the insides as well, put a slice of lemon inside.
Boil the potatoes, press them with a glass on a baking paper, put a bit of salt on top and some olive
oil (you can use a brush for that). Heat the @komadomadness to 240°C, coat the grill grid with oil.
Put the fish on the grill and then slide it a few times along the grid so it doesn’t stick, bake the
potatoes next to it or separately 5-7min on each side. Serve with olive oil. Pesto is a great addition to
the potatoes.

Brancine očistite i operite. Pomiješajte chimchuri s malo vode i malo ulja. Nanesite začine na ribu i u potrbušinu. Ubacite po šniticu limuna.
Krompir prije kuhajte. Pritisnite ga čašom na papiru za pečenje. Malo posolite i stavite gore maslinovog ulja. Zagrijte @kamadomadness na 240°c. Premažite rešetku za roštilj masnoćom. Ribu stavite pa po rešetki malo pomjerajte lijevo/desno, da se ne zalijepe. Pecite pored i krumpir ili pecite jedno po jedno, svejedno. Pečete na cca 220°c sa svake strane 5-7 min. Servirajte sa limunom i još maslinovog ulja. Pesto je dobar dodatak ovom krumpiru.
