Thank you so much for sharing kala jabun.I have a very emotional attachment to kala jambun as my dad would buy very often, one kg of delicious kalajabun from a local halwayi in Baranhpur, at rs 5/kg,which was highly expensive in 1965 .My father passed away two years ago,But when he used to get kala jambuns,it sinked in my mind how much he loved his family whenever he would buy such huge quantity of lovely but highly expensive kala jambuns. In last 60 years i couldnt get to eat kala jambuns in Maharashtra and those lovely memories would come flooding in my mind by hearing of kala jambuns after we left Baranhpur. Thank you so much to share this delicious recipe of kala jambun,which is so close to my heart.❤❤

सारे tips अच्छे देते हैं आप l मेरी माँ गुलाबजामुन बहुत ही अच्छे, soft बनतो है l मैंने उसीसे सीख है l वो मैदा बिलकुल नहीं उपयोग करती l उसकी जगह, वह बारीक रवा डालती है और उसे खोये के साथ मल लेती है l तो zero मैदा, 99% खोया, और पुरे अंदर तक चासनी से भरे हिरे, औरतळते हुए भी side में घी यां तेल में कलच्छी चालते रेहने से जामुन rotate होते रहते हैं और सभी आईड से even रंग से तले जाते हैं l

I am from Bengal..oir state is known for Kalo Jam or kala jamun...most of the time the inside is rani pink ..we have so much variety of sweets and taste totally different in so called Bengali sweets avaialble in shops all over India

We live in a foreign country and we never find the right ingredients. If you show an alternative of Hariyali Mawa or if you can make Kala Jamun with just milk powder and plain flour such kind of alternations will definitely help so many people like me who are dying to eat this recipe but can’t find the right ingredients here. Hariyali mava is nothing but a from very beginning you simmer milk till turn in to Mava,,, usually confectioners put milk in high temperature until it starts boiling and then lower the flame so milk changes it's colour to light brown,and some shop keepers use Alam called fitkari to reduce the cost so mava started curdel fast and looks granulat ,so hariyali mava looks in lighter or white,,,,,,do alternate is Ricotta cheese,milk powder,ghee and milk mixture,reduse moisture until combined it,,,and you shape it your desire ❤ Hope Will help
