The thing that makes you so appreciated, is your patience in teaching how to make these beautiful projects. You always explain the why’s & why not’s to make sense of your tutorials. I’ve made several of your blankets, hats, etc plus your soothing voice makes it so enjoyable! Thank you so much for being a great teacher. 🥰🥰🥰👍

Just finished part one, and all i can say is thank you for being so thorough and helpful. I've been crocheting for almost 2 years now and watching many youtube videos from many different crocheters. Your videos are bar none the easiest videos to follow long to. How you explain everything like its someone's first time picking up a hook, and you actually show us special stitches instead of just doing everything quickly. I feel more confident in following your videos than most. Keep it up, i will always follow and share with anyone who will listen ❤❤

I recently started crocheting and I just discovered this post from 6 years ago! I can’t believe how much fun this is and how helpful!!! You are awesome! I had to stop my job due to heart disease. I don’t know how long I’ll live and was searching for a blanket to make for my daughters so they can always feel wrapped in my love. This blanket is it and you are making it possible for me to accomplish it!! Blessings to you!

Thank you so much for this. I didn't realize how badly I needed a complete crochet along until I started it. We crochet at exactly the same speed, so it was WONDERFUL to look up and down and see the same thing on the screen and in my hand at the same time. The pattern finally made sense to me, and it came out beautifully. I burst out laughing when you said it was 2:58 in the morning, because I was following along at 3:14. I've subscribed and plan on doing every last thing on your channel. Your voice is so calming, I'm so glad I found you! Thank you for leaving up tutorials you did years ago!

Thank You. After watching hours upon hours of tutorial type crochet videos, you are the first one that does not assume the viewer "Knows" how to change colors, how to stitch into the top chain, (Up till now, I have only been grabbing one strand) and you are the first one that uses the correct terms throughout the video. I love that you show when it doesn't go exactly right, because I learn from watching you regroup after dropping your yarn loop, and I am encouraged to keep going when I feel like I don't know what I am doing at the moment. Thank you for helping me "Cross the bridge" and start my first afghan. All previous work has been small dishcloths, angel ornaments, and preemie hats. Mainly because I was too scared to spend money on yarn that I didn't know how to do something with.

'Wow', and 'thank you' are terms too simple to use in response to your heartfelt comments. Firstly, I try never to assume anything other than we are all on different levels of experience and therefore I try to keep it as simple and basic as possible. Also I don't over edit my footage because I'm human, make mistakes, learn from them, and keep going. It is how we learn and therefore how we grow. I'm delighted that you are taking chances and steps to also grow as a stitcher. Keep your chin up, and your hook stitching 😊☕🕷

Hey Sweetie I found your channel a couple of months ago and have been learning how to make this Kaleidescope Granny Pattern blanket by watching your videos. Please don't ever take these down. Some parts of this I can remember, but still have to refer back to your steps in the tutorial. I'm on my last set of Triangles for this, my 1st Practice/Learning Blanket. Hahaha. I'm making it 1 set of triangles larger than yours in this video. I hope I can put a good color scheme together for my 1st "real" one. I've always wanted to make one of these since seeing them on different pages on Facebook. I was always afraid I wouldn't be able to handle it because it looked so hard. I'm 65 and have been crocheting since I was 6 or 7 when my Nanny got me started on doilies which I wasn't crazy about, then I discovered worsted weight and a J6 hook !! Hahaha Hahaha You've been such a great teacher for this Gma.

Saw this and HAD to try it. First time watching your videos. Your voice is so calming. I've been crocheting for about 7 months and figured I wanted to try something that looked difficult. And yours was the first kaleidoscope video I understood. And it was so easy. I love using crazy colors. Will definitely be watching more of your videos. P.S. When you say " the chaining of the 3" , all I can imagine is a historical/Fantasy story of a poor crocheter who is actually a magical fiber artist who is the only one who can save the handsome prince from eternal sleep. He must crochet the perfect dream catcher to break the spell. (Yeah, I know, 53 and I still think like a kid)😂 And now when anyone hears " the chaining of the 3" this is all you'll be able to think about. Your welcome😊😂😂

This is such a rare quality in life that I truly hope you know just how blessed I feel to have stumbled upon your channel. You are the "Joy of Painting" of crochet. I cannot compliment you enough. Thank you.

Thank you very much indeed 😊 Actually I'm saying "yarnivores", it's my little term of endearment to anyone as crazy about stitching as I am. Sorry if there was any misunderstanding.

Fiber Spider lol. That's funny. "Yarnivores." Makes perfect sense. I chalk it up to being new to your channel. I appologize for any offense.

Omg Lol 😂😂😂 “yarn whores” that made my day. I think I’d rather be that than a yarnivore 😅

Thank you so much for this pattern, it is beautiful. I love the way you do the tutorial and your voice is sort of hypnotic, I didn't want the video to end. Now for the next video, thank you again!

I haven't seen the first tutorial but loved this one and would love to keep going. The c2c stitch is very easy and soothing for me too. I love working on it.

Craig the imp gets me multiple times a year. I have been crocheting for 52 years and the Granny square is my fave. I still have the very first Granny square afghan I made. It is double bed size

Thank you for sharing your talent with me. I am such a young impressionable crochet artist. I have only ever doing this for a few years. You are an inspiration.
