1.5 cup plain flour
1.5tbsp yogurt
1.5tbsp yeast
Pinch of salt
Half TSP Cardamom powder
Pinch of saffron
Mix the above with Luke warm water, to get a thin dough (similar to pakora batter consistency).
For the sheera (sugar syrup)
1.5 cup sugar
3/4 cup water
Boil this with a pinch of salt for 6-7 minutes.
After its ready (thickened to a syrup texture) add a few drops of fresh lemon juice to avoid crystallization.
