Kalonji Ajwain Paratha with Chai is my favourite breakfast. It is my comfort meal. Paratha is not always supposed to have stuffing, loaded with butter! Parathas can be healthy too. These Ajwain Parathas are very light on the stomach and make in Ghee. Tastes delicious with a hot cup of Tea. These are super flaky but very soft.
INGREDIENTS
Wheat flour
Kalonji seeds (Nigella seeds)
Ajwain (Carom seeds)
Salt
Black pepper
Red chilli powder
Oil
Water
Ghee
