German style .. 2 out of 5 stars. Grill the sausages longer to get more texture and smoke flavor. Also, the onions should be caramelized in a seperate pan. Grill the buns more. In Germany you couldn't sell this :-D

Brats or Italians? If they are Brats. The Goofs in Sheboygan would be proud that they were cooked on the grill b4 they went in the Beer bath. I like to light heat soak in Beer, onion, butter for 20 or 30mn. NOT Boiling. A light simmer at most. Then grill and back in the Beer. If they are Italians I wouldn't eat them.
