I have to mention this everytime Call Her Daddy is mentioned, the host attended Boston University starting in 2013 which is in the immediate aftermath of Barstool Sports hosting what they called Blackout Parties (in Boston) that were themed around getting possibly underaged (drinking age) college girls blackout drunk for all the reasons you can guess, and she still chose to join Barstool Sports as media. that alone should be plenty reason why both that podcast and Barstool should not exist. I am incredibly angry at my fellow women for ever supporting anything affiliated with Barstool. I was a local tween during the Blackout Party bs and I still knew about it because it was so immensely bad. pisses me off to no end that they still exist. acting like she cares at all about abortion and r culture after all that, pos. Newport also noted that 52% of white conservatives identify as "highly religious" while only 16% of white liberals identify as the same. However, African-Americans, "the most religious of any major racial or ethnic group in the country", are "strongly oriented to voting Democratic". While observing that African-American Democrats are more religious than their white Democrat counterparts, Newport further noted, however, that African-American Democrats are "much more likely to be ideologically moderate or conservative."[146]

Paying attention to the things that we agree upon by using the same language is infinitely more important. Using wedges to divide each other based on opinions or beliefs only serves to strengthen the hegemony in power. History and the future do not have to be seen as some kind of conspiracy if it is or was just the path of least resistance. People are lazy, especially power-hungry sociopaths.

I only heard about the podcast (and I think this is when the podcast blew up in popularity) when Alex had Hailey Bieber on and questioned her about the drama between her, Selena Gomez, and Justin Bieber lol. So I assumed this was a celebrity gossip podcast. To see Kamala Harris on the same podcast was whiplash for me haha. I mean I am an avid listener, and I am deeply supportive and involved in pro-Palestine initiatives (generally left/liberal person) but I am not American. At the end of the day its something I listen to relax and hear funny/relaxed interviews with successful women in the entertainment space. Yes it used to be very explicit and give space for women to talk about s*x, relationships and partying. The evolution is lovely and it has overall given me confidence. I tend to like it because it sounds like friends talking, as opposed to super formal and cold. We shouldn't generalise but kind of hate how boring and prepared this interview was. That's why people may not like it - because her interviews are usually funny and raw. This is obviously super PR for everyone involved. Don't think it was the right platform for this.
