कमर दर्द किसी भी उम्र के लोगों को प्रभावित कर सकती. परन्तु 30 से 55 साल के लोगों को ज्यादा प्रभावित करती है। सामान्यतः किसी भी व्यक्ति के पूरे जीवन काल में कमर दर्द का कभी न कभी होने की सम्भावना 80 प्रतिशत तक होती है पीठ के दर्द का अनुभव करने वाले 24% से 33% व्यक्तियों मे पीठ के दर्द का बार-बार होने का संभावना बनी रहती हैं उचित सावधानी और निवारक उपायों के साथ, कमर दर्द के बार बार होने के प्रकरण को काफी हद तक कम किया जा सकता है। इस वीडियो में बताई गई एक्सरसाइज पीठ दर्द से राहत पाने के लिए की जाती है। अगर कमर में दर्द तेज है और पैरों में झनझनाहट हो रही है तो आपको डॉक्टर द्वारा बताई गई दवाओं के साथ-साथ लेटकर ही व्यायाम करना होगा। दर्द से राहत मिलने के बाद भी नियमित रूप से व्यायाम करना चाहिए। सोने के लिए सूती गद्दे बेहतर होते हैं। करवट लेकर और करवट लेकर सोना बेहतर होता है। आपको पेट के बल नहीं सोना चाहिए। बैठने की स्थिति में अपनी पीठ सीधी स्थिति में रखें। जमीन से वस्तु उठाने के लिए आपको घुटने मोड़कर आगे की ओर झुकना चाहिए।
Back pain can affect people of any age. Most commonly affects people between 30 to 55 years of age. Generally, the probability of having back pain at some point in a person's lifetime is up to 80 percent., individuals who have experienced low back pain often experience reoccurring episodes with estimates ranging between 24% & 33%. With proper precaution & preventive measures, this recurrence episode can be minimized up to a great extent.
The exercise described in this video is done to relieve back pain. If the pain in the waist is severe and there is a tingling in the legs, then you have to exercise only by lying down along with the help of medicines prescribed by the doctor. Exercise should be done regularly even after getting relief from pain. Cotton mattresses are better for sleeping. It is better to sleep in the supine and side positions. It would be best if you did not sleep on your stomach. During the sitting position keep back in the straight position. It would be best to bend forward with a bent knee to pick up the object from the ground.
