11 months after his arrest, in May 2010, Muhammed Usman was convicted of 14 federal charges and sentenced to 180-month prison time and restitution of $1.3 million. He was released last February from a Texas prison, where he served 10 of the 15 years he was sentenced to. Later KU - shared that the real culprits were the paramedics who Muhammed had hired to run his ambulance company. The crimes were committed by them and even after they admitted to the wrongdoing, Muhammed Usman was sentenced to prison for 15 years simply because of his 'ignorance'.

He is NOT INNOCENT ITS HIS COMPANY I know I'm speaking from experience... My father owned a insurance company and went to jail for fraud. Even he says he should of know and fixed it the responsibility lied on him. He took it like a MAN on the chin. Love ya Dad

It's amazing once you have some money how you can then hire a great lawyer. What an amazing story lmao

What?? The guy was sentenced to 15 years and did those 15 years he was released when his sentence was up it had nothing to do with having a good lawyer. Yes it’s always better to a have an amazing lawyer but there has a been a million cases where an amazing lawyer was defending someone rich and ended up losing. This narrative was created by people who want to make excuses for criminals by saying because they are poor or a minority they couldn’t hire a good lawyer and that’s why they are in jail, but the fact is those people just like everyone else rich poor white black young and old are in jail cause they are guilty
