KANDHARI QEEMA RECIPE :
Ingredients :
Mince ½ kg
Onion chopped 2
Tomatoes sliced 2
Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
Green chili chopped 1 tbsp
Chili powder 2 tsp
Hot siracha sauce 2 tbsp
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Barbecue sauce 2 tbsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Allspice ½ tsp
Tomato paste 4 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Coriander leaves chopped 4 tbsp
Nan to serve
METHOD :
Heat oil, fry hoped onion till light golden, add ginger garlic paste, chopped green chilies, fry, add mince with all the dry spices, fry well, add all the sauces, tomato puree, cover and cook till mince tender, lastly add chopped coriander and green chilies, leave it on dum.
