I distinctly remember seeing this series on a VCR in 85 and was planning to watch over a period of 3 days but saw it in one night as I couldn't stop it.Amazing story amazing acting specially the actor playing abel.

I read the First Of his Prison Diaries. Man what he went through. , surreal. So long as he had his pads and felt tip pens to write with, he was okay. Even after he got out, he still had the goods.

I read the book decades ago. It is one of my all time favorites. I am pretty sure I watched this mini-series when it first came out. I am so happy to find it on KZitem.

I so miss the mini series. They were fun to watch. Kane and Abel was wonderful. They could have been friends but the Baron wanted to be enemies.

Saw this back in the 80s. Seeing it now here again though the video quality isn’t that good. Had no clue that the ‘Dinosaur Man’ acted in this. Great movie though. Thanks for posting.

I seeing back in 80's growing up in Ireland. Just Dallas, Dynasty and falcon crest and knots landing. I would love to Kane and able miniseries again.
