INGREDIENTS:
* Bitter gourd (करेला) - 750 grams
* Salt (नमक) - 2 tsp
* Curd (खट्टा दही) - some
* Oil (तेल) - for frying
* Chaat masala (चाट मसाला) - some
* Chili powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - some
* Mango powder (अमचूर पाउडर) - some
RECIPE:
Take some Bitter Gourds and wash them. Remove the upper and lower part and cut them in slices. Put the Bitter Gourd Slices in a bowl and put some Salt in it then cover it and keep it aside for 3-4 hours till the Slices releases Water. After then, drain the Water and put some sour Curd on the Bitter Gourd Slices.
Then cover it and keep it for 24 hours and then take out the Slices on a plate and keep them in the sunlight to make them dry properly.
You can store the chips in an air tight jar for a year and enjoy them.
The Bitter Gourd Chips will get ready in this way and then fry them in the heated Oil and put some Chaat Masala, Red Chili Powder, Salt and Mango Powder on the fried chips.
