Ingredients: - Karela: 500gm - Mustard Oil: 2 tbsp - Cumin: 1 tsp - Onion: 2-3 medium - Hing: 1/2 tsp - Methi Dana: 1/4 tsp - Ginger: 1 tsp - Garlic: 1 tbsp - Coriander Powder: 1 tbsp - Kashmiri Chilli Powder: 2 tsp - Garam Masala: 1/2 tsp - Fennel: 1 tsp - Haldi Powder: 1/2 tsp Recipe: 1. Take Karela and wash it properly 2-3 times. Pat dry it properly, cut top and bottom, cut into slices, remove fat and hard seeds. 2. Transfer the karela to a bowl, add salt and haldi powder. Coat well and keep aside for 5-10 mins. Squeeze out the excess water and let it dry. 3. Fry them in mustard oil till golden brown. 4. Take a pan, add mustard oil, cumin, sliced onions, hing and methi dana. Stir and cook till onions turn translucent. 5. Add ginger, garlic and cook till golden brown. Add the karela along with kashmiri chilli powder, coriander powder, haldi powder and fennel seeds. Add water, mix well, cover and cook properly for 5 mins. Serve and enjoy!

Mere yaha karele ki sabji m mom k top secret ingredients hote h... Jisme unke prime ingredients h kuch specific whole spices like methi dana, sarso k dane, cumin seeds ko slight fry krke unko grind krke store krke rakhti h... Fir jab b karele ki sabji bnati h chahe bharwa karela ya cut krke .. usme ye masale jrur add krti hai... Sath me amchur powder ya kachche mango ki slices b dalti h to karele ki kadwahat khud hi km ho jati h... Mom k hath k karele ki ye sbji bina freeze me rakhe b atleast 3-4 days chal jati h... and yes Karele ki sabji m flavour mustard oil se hi ata h... Don't use any other oil
