Jeera/cumin seeds 1 tsp
Methi seeds a pinch
Curry leaves 1 cup tightly packed
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Hing/asafoetida 1/4 tsp
Dry red chilli 2
Tamarind paste 11/2 tbsp
Salt to taste
