Ingredients:
Mutton - 800gm (usually ribs with fat, but here I have taken mixed pieces )
Asafetida -1/4th tsp
Tej Patta - 2
Jeera / Cumin - ½ tsp
Chotti elaichi - Green cardamom - 2
Moti elaichi / Black cardamom - 1 crushed
Dalchini / Cinamom Stick - 1 small
Sunth / Ginger powder - 1/4th tsp
Saunf / Fennel Powder - 4 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Jeera / Cumin Powder - ½ tsp
Yoghurt - 750 ml
Salt to taste
Water 1.5 small glasses
Dry mint powder / crushed Kasuri methi 1 tsp
Ghee 2 tsp
Oil - 2-3 serving spoon
