On one hand, a BB Pellet is probably moving slower than an actual bullet. On the other hand, it's also a lot smaller. Basically, this is a lot more precise than an actual bullet, but he has more time to position.

It isn't smaller. It's lighter sure, but what matters here is diameter. And the standard diameter for plastic airsoft BBs is 6mm. Which is actually slightly larger than a 5.56. And it is also roughly 10x slower. So while this is impressive, there is no way anyone is doing this with an actual bullet, unless the blade is already drawn and braced and the shooter's aim is precise enough to hit it.
