I don’t know. Kavanaugh was accused of assault 36 years ago. That can be difficult to prove. But it is evidence in plain sight that he has an aggressive temper and don’t bother to verbally attack his opponents in a very disrespectful way. If I had someone to a job interview who behaved like this, I would never ever approve a contract, not even for a trial period. He has unacceptable behavior.

Bob Loblaw Who said I watch Fox News?? Your assumptions show your bias. Morons like you can’t tell the difference between reality, and propaganda. CNN is propaganda designed to keep you outraged, disgusted, and paranoid, because emotional people are easier to control. Why parade around a victim? It’s because victims solicit empathy. It’s like seeing a wounded animal in the forest. You can’t help, but want to help. Why? Because you want to think you’re not a terrible person. Once you’re captivated. All cnn has to do is Reinforce your Biases by showing more Confirmation Bias. The leftist media needs to keep you outraged, and disgusted with their political enemies, because they need to deliver impulsive votes to democrats this midterms. Why? Because you want to think you’re not a bad person. Currently everyone is in favor of trampling Kavanaugh’s right to due process. Why? Because everyone wants to believe they’re the better person for siding with a supposed victim. If you want to be the better person? Then understand that foreign owned new agencies are in the business of making money. Not serving the American people. They are paid to keep you in whatever state of mind that benefits them, and the people who pay them. If you want to be the better person? Then be objective. Show empathy to both sides. Instead of falling for a well planned, and executed trick that will deliver votes to democrats this midterm.

Most are. However, there are just as many that are ELECTED, which doesn't exactly lend itself to impartiality, and those that are chosen by elected officials because they will advance a particular political agenda. Growing political polarization in our government has made some of these choices rather questionable. However, the Supreme Court has maintained a relatively stable balance for some time now of four liberals, four conservatives, and one moderate swing vote to decide issues. It's imperfect, but it's worked to make no side completely happy but no side completely angry because it does, in the end, turn out as a neutral court. The nomination of Kavanaugh upsets this balance and may lead to a conservative-led court for the first time in decades. That's why Republicans are fighting so hard for him. They see this as their chance to finally snag the Supreme Court for THEIR side before the Democrats regain control of the House. Meanwhile, the Democrats would absolutely see this as a disaster so will try everything to try and keep the Republicans from voting in a very conservative justice before they can wrest away the majority. Because if the Dems manage to win, they will either force Trump to pick a more moderate Justice, or try and pull a Mitch McConnell and come up with an excuse to keep that 9th seat empty until 2021.

The most striking thing about those interviews was that Couric essentially nailed Palin with straightforward questions. There were no "gotcha" questions, there was no confrontational stuff, Couric was professional and focused throughout her interviews and Palin cooked her own goose by revealing how unprepared and laughably unqualified that she was for such an office. Funny thing is, after this was all over, Palin did what whined and tried to accuse Couric of being biased and unfair. The questions asked were ones that any seasoned professional running for VP should have been able to answer in their sleep. Palin was and is an embarrassment.
