Thank you Jack, once again for great interviews. Listening to Red Sky Mourning for the second time and it is even better. I deeply appreciate your political views interspersed in the narrative. It all needs to be said. Oh and love the intro. PERFECT!

Love the new intro btw. Just finished my third listening of book 7. Awesome. The homage to Clancy was awesome. The Hunt for Red October was my introduction into the genre 20 something years ago. I could picture the Lon/lat location being typed in the corner of the screen in the movie version, as Ray Porter was listing the location of the Chinese sub. Awesome.

Enjoyed this show, as I enjoy all of the shows. Fully understand the feelings about being in Normandy and how touching and humbling that is. My wife and I were able to attend the 75th Anniversary of D-Day. Would love to see a show about your trip there. Stay safe and healthy & Check 6! -Cold War Carrier Sailor MM3 CVN-68 A-gang

You don't have to go overseas to get a sense of the sacrifices our ancestors made. My 10-yr old son and I stopped at Cowpens battlefield in South Carolina on a cold January day. It had snowed the night before. Turns out, the battle of Cowpens in the Revolutionary War occurred on a cold day in January. We walked the battlefield together, getting colder as we went. And read that the American soldiers often didn't have shoes or adequate clothing. The battlefield came to life with that realization. We got just a taste of what the soldiers faced. It was humbling for me.

A KP type would have been waaay more book-accurate casting for Katie Buranek in the Terminal List miniseries. Her resemblance to James Reece's wife is VERY IMPORTANT to where the story goes as it progresses in the books, as well as what Katie's father did and where he did it.
