India needs intelligent people like Mr Basu not people who have sold tea and snacks and now selling India slowly and surely.
@bestofsatish
3 жыл бұрын
That's what happens when intelligent people dont pay their due diligence. People like Gandhi, Nehru wanted to create a clean India but they did not act responsibly. They never tackled the core problem of caste, religion. You cannot have unity in diversity. you need to reform people. Nehru must have fought to remove existing caste and religion. Rather he put a band aid solution (please coexist). He lived a life of aristocracy and excluded the majority and did not alleviate the suffering inspite of lot of hopes pinned on him. To alleviate suffering, you must think like common man. People like MODI or the current politicians are nothing but crooks. They instead of suppressing the animal in people, unleashed them in the form of caste and religion. Thus the animal behavior prevails over sanity. Thus we now have person selling tea. Sooner we will have murderer as PM because that what they will prefer. Current crop of congress is also a animal who can be sold and bought. Otherwise why should they have alliance with Shiv Sena. Thus congress is no hope. My belief is India is well past point of no return. So reform will not work. First we need to eliminate the weed. for that Indians will need more suffering. they will be beaten to pulp before they awaken

Thank you Faye for the interview: My question: During Dr. Rajan's time as RBI governor, he tried to curb inflation by increasing the repo rates. It implies that if the repo rates are on the lower side, we need to worry about inflation. Nowadays repo rates are very low, and so inflation is something to be cautious about. On the same time we are increasing the fuel prices, which increase prices of all commodities. Isn't increasing fuel prices when the repo rate is low, kind of inviting the inflation to hit faster? Thank you.

Its citizens made mark worldwide culturally and academically but current generation takes all this for granted. They don't care about its legacy. They drift towards instant gratification and want similar results at society level as well. It doesn't work like that. You need to work for years to bring a small change at society level.
