Updated info on August 30, 2023:
I share with you here photos and details from some of my BN 125 engine repairs. It is possible to get necessary information to do the job by buying the workshop repair book from Kawasaki, but I give here some extra valuable tips.
Also, I show here the rebuilding of a BN125 engine into becoming a 175cc engine.
I do supply big bore kits, camshaft, rocker arms, valves, bearings etc for the engine and crank shaft repair set, called also conrod kits.
In order to fit a big bore cylinder on a BN125 connecting rod you will need to use a couple of bushings that deals with the difference in size of that con rod and the piston pin. I do suppy those bushings, together with my big bore sets.
If you put a big bore cylinder with a bore of 65mm and want to use the 125cc head, you can add one cylinder base gasket to raise the head, or you can grind off some of the outer edge of the piston, so it will not hit the bn125 head.
I also supply special tools like the flywheel puller (not as long as the one in this video) and a made to order clutch hub holder tool as shown in the video, and also other parts for the Eliminator 125, but only those parts that are identical or useful from the BN175.
For orders, send me an email to j o h n_l o d e@y a h o o.n o (just remove the spaces between some of the letters, I hate getting spam!)
