The negative commentary here truly sheds a light on how society views "femininity", particularly if it's expressed through non-traditional means, in that, if the feminine is not serving them sexually, or existing within the bounds of their expectations, it triggers in them anger and hate. And what is the source of "anger" if not fear of that which you don't understand? Kawkab as a guest, is necessary to humanise the experience, the person behind the performance. I appreciate this show for being daring enough to platform a range of life stories and existence - and for doing so respectfully. Drag is an artform, and we're all doing "drag" in one way or another in life, performing gender norms, cultural customs, religious rituals etc. We all tailor how we want to be viewed to an external audience. Kawkab is just brave enough to tap into a feminine energy in all of us, that sadly, society expects you to suppress and to vilify. Ask yourself why? I loved the example of how insignificant everything is compared to the size of the universe and the comparison of astrology to religion. Most religion actually has its roots in astrology, as our human ancestors looked to the stars for answers. Another great episode, thanks M&M! :)

Guys, you need to understand the dangerous repercussions of what you’re promoting gradually here, with a lot if ambivalence and good spirit I’m sure. Tolerance to people with special conditions is matter of fairness and human rights, but asking for pronouns and playing the neo-liberal narrative game is really really dangerous especially in the Middle East, where the majority of the population are deeply conservative. I love your content and I’d be deeply sad to see you join the wagon of the radical left irresponsibly. Please critically reconsider. Thank you again for your valuable content.
