@@marisademore468 My recovery was not easy by far and everyone is different It was truly a mind-body and spiritual journey, but I would have taken my life if things didn’t change and I had 3 children, so here’s what I did to save my life. I started an AIP paleo lifestyle there are lots of videos on this lifestyle change for healing on KZitem. I gave myself lots of grace, because there is not pill or magic to healing. I made myself very disciplined to getting up and going to bed at a good time. I did intermittent fasting 16 hours. I did a great deal of mindfulness and that can come in many forms KZitem also offers videos on mindfulness and grounding. I started an exercise program sitting in my recliner with 3 pound weights and yoga for movement. I would meal prep for the week for my AIP lifestyle it was very simple at first just chicken in a crockpot vegetables and a healthy fat with every meal. Cut out all sugar’s all grains all processed foods and my beloved dairy. It took about seven months for the pain to subside it tapered off as I went on with my lifestyle. I truly feel that it had a lot to do with my micro biome and mitochondria health basically the gut brain barrier. It truly is a complex multi faceted syndrome. I would say from the time I started it took about two years during those two years I kept healing I continue to up my game Increasing my weight lifting an exercise program during the journey. I pray for all who suffer. I now can sneak in a little cheat meal here and there without it affecting me, but I know for a fact if I went back to the lifestyle that I was living the symptoms would return it is a lifelong commitment to yourself. You are worth it ❤️

Love Kayla's attitude about how she's stronger from this and how she learned to be her own advocate. Definitely resonate with how stress planning / putting pressure on myself for social events was a big trap and learning to take each day at a time. Also the importance of factoring the mental stress. You've got this Kayla and sending vibes for your continued upward trajectory!

Absolutely - this all resonates for me as well! Kayla is such a wise young woman already, I'm so grateful to her for sharing her story with the rest of us.

Great interview! I tried the Lightning Process as well. It didn't really resonate with me as well. I live with my family, and I like the interaction, but at the same time I like the times I'm by myself as well. I know you will get to a full recovery!

Pacing helps, but certainly no recovery with both fibromyalgia and CFS. Here in New Zealand we are behind in the ME research.... we have thousands here suffering this illness...

it is 3 (max 4)months after you live without microwave you can cure from CVS=fatigue/bad digestion=shortage of vitamins/sore throat/depression/only being tired is not CFS.
@dirkkatz172
3 жыл бұрын
The cause for me was the microwave oven. This may sound unbelievable: the internet states that the use is harmless or that the danger is cancer or a reduction in vitamins. The first consequences were: pain in the neck, fatigue, sore throat, depression, ..... After 3 months without a microwave oven these symptoms disappeared. Consequences are greater the closer the microwave oven is to you: if the oven is right next to your dining table, for example. If you bring this to your members' attention, those who wish can give it a try and let you know about their experiences. Everyone can now participate in the study! People will not think much of CFS. Organs are not damaged. It looks more like an internal strangulation. I don't know if that can be found. The muscles tense under the influence of microwaves (microwave), Hence the pain and the intestines are too tense, which makes digestion poor and too few vitamins are absorbed. In the throat one has pain due to the tensioning of the muscles there. Be careful not to cure other diseases with fatigue for CFS.
