As much as I love a classic pump driven machine, there is nothing quite like the manual espresso experience. Each is unique in its design, method, and manufacture, but all of them aim for the same outcome: a proper shot of espresso. Over the last few years I've had my hands on quite a few manual machines, and have come to appreciate them in all of their glory. Yet, one machine that doesn't get a lot of attention in the United States is the Polish designed and built, Kazak Rota.
