B.S., those poor babies, they have the same rights as anybody else. They just don’t have celebrity status, nor do they deserve it!

No we do not have the same rights. It’s discrimination on basis of sexual orientation nor gender identity isn’t enshrined federally. Thus meaning right there is a blatant example of how we don’t have same rights. Same for education and housing discrimination. We can be discriminated on that basis in many many places within US with no real legal recourse even if they were blantant about discrimination. Then not going on to how healthcare for trans youth (and adults as some bills have tried and continue to) is trying to be outlawed. You can try to gaslight us but we won’t succumb to that bullshit.

[Citation Needed] healthcare is absolutely accessible. What they want is the taxpayer to pay for it, effort to include non-essential cosmetic surgery

Healthcare isn’t accessible if education, employment, and housing isn’t accessible cause without those. You’re probably not going to be able to afford out of pocket healthcare costs period. (Let alone trans healthcare) There is a multi-prong here. In short trans healthcare (especially therpay, hormones, office visits, blood work and the such) should be seen as no different to other healthcare needs. That insurances should cover it. Whether we are talking employer-sponsored insurances, private insurances, or social safety nets/goverment funded insurances. Trans people should have coverage of their healthcare needs. Which I’m referencing HRT, blood work, and office visit. The whole lie about saying we want breast implants, penile augments, nose jobs, and all that paid by tax dollars is bullshit. Maybe at most arguably in some cases minor facial reconstruction could be but overall the primary concern is access to HRT and the associated costs with that.

I think its kinda sad that alot of people think lgbtq+ people want special treatment. A cis woman has access to hrt almost emidialty but when a trans woman wants access to hormones they need to wait multiple years :(
