ADANA! Inspired by Zübeyir charcoal grill in Istanbul, I now make my own kebab skewer. I start by taking the knife and chopping the fine piece of meat of sirloin into small small pieces and add properly with wagyu fat, finely chopped paprika, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper. Then mix everything together and hug the minced meat around the flat skewer and place on the grill. Mums!
