Originally from Watseka, Illinois, Keegan Zack chose to pursue his bachelor’s degree at Lewis University. Initially, he wasn’t sure what he wanted to major in until he discovered Exercise Science.
The rapidly growing field of Exercise Science allows Keegan to help others maintain their health, restore function or improve their athletic performance. While earning his bachelor’s degree, Keegan learned to assess all components of fitness including strength, endurance, balance, agility, and flexibility as well as prescribe exercise for many people throughout their lifespan.
During his five-year tenure on the Lewis University Men’s Track and Field team, Keegan competed at the NCAA Division II National Championships, earned the honor of being named a Division II Second Team All-American, was a member if the academic team, Conference champion multiple times.
Following graduation, Keegan aspires to open his own gym and has his sights set on competing in the Olympics as part of the U.S. National Team.
