*Keema Fry Recipe (Bhuna Keema)*
*Ingredients:*
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- ½ kg mutton keema (minced meat)
- Salt, to taste
- 2 teaspoons grated ginger-garlic
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- ½ teaspoon coriander seeds
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- ½ cup tomatoes, chopped
- 150 ml water
- 1 medium-sized onion, sliced
- ½ teaspoon garam masala powder
- ½ teaspoon cumin powder
- 4 pinches of rock salt
- ¾ green chilies, chopped
- Fresh coriander, chopped
*Instructions:*
1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them pop.
2. Add ½ kg mutton .ya beef.keema to the pan on high heat. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes to remove excess water from the mince.
3. Once the mince is dry and turns white, add 2 teaspoons of grated ginger-garlic. Mix well and stir for 1 minute.
4. Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, and coriander seeds. Mix the spices with the mutton.
5. Add chopped tomatoes and 150 ml of water. Cover and cook until the tomatoes are soft.
6. Uncover and add sliced onions, garam masala powder, cumin powder, and rock salt. Mix well.
7. Cook until the oil separates and the keema is well-browned.
8. Garnish with chopped green chilies and fresh coriander.
