Thank you ladies🙏 it is a delicate balance. Spiritual bypassing vs raising our consciousness to hold a higher frequency, for ourselves and all of creation. To be in the world but not of the world. To see and feel without being drawn down

My elders taught me to start where I’m standing. It changed my life in a positive way. I try to apply it often. Thank you Sandra and Renee for sharing your gifts.

I love the idea of keeping my focus on my local surroundings and staying in a space of awareness yet letting go of judgement. Sounds healthy and functional!

Thank you for this topic today. It has helped me to remember that there are many ways to be engaged. I've been finding that if I do my grounding work and focus on what's infront of me and hold healing space from the heart, the people around me are better able to settle into their heart and find their way on their path. Judgment in my mind has been a shadow I've been working on. I don't fully understand it. I have always been wary about using my voice, but I understand that my judgmental thoughts affect the energy and also plant seeds. I am contemplating and trying to remember how to have thoughts, ideas and opinions, without judgements, understanding that we all have views based on our lineage and life experiences. Much like my young self lived. What a boring world we would live in, if we were all the same. Many blessings to all🙏💜🙏💜🙏💜

I agree about keeping it local. Your conversation reminds me of James Howard Kunstler's book, World Made By Hand. Life as they've known it has collapsed & the community doesn't care if he was a corporate executive. What matters is does he have a skill that can meet a community need (make honey, play the fiddle, etc.).

I have been in the pity pot and know when I sit in the dark I get really sick so I am trying to keep in mind something that came to me when I sat by my husband's bed in hospital, "There is only love no matter what"

Loved it ladies. Thank you so much for being so candid. It’s comforting to know that even amazing spiritual women like yourselves have days on the pity pot too. It gives me both hope and comfort knowing I’m not doing anything wrong and I try to get my vibration back up as soon as I am aware and able to do so. 🙏🏻🩷
