Good job man. I have the same differentiation between the 2. Overall both are excellent value for money. These two are all you need if you want to stick to one brand. The same with MS3 and MP145 from Hidizs

Awesome review, i was wondering how does the DLC DD of delci compare to Mg-alloy DD of falcon ultra, also according to you, is falcon ultra still the king of sub $300 IEM now that delci, tanchjim origin, etc joined the chat?

I haven't tried the Origin but yes, Falcon Ultra is in a different level compared to Delci. To elaborate, FU isn't sharp anywhere and Has better extension at both ends with better accuracy, both tonally and timber wise. It has a bigger stage too. Comes with a better cable. Delci has a lot of potential though, I think using a pair of foam tips will help it's sharpness and give it a bit more softer finishing across the spectrum.

@@eargasmic3060 Thank you for your quick response, you gotta try out origin though. Timmy from gizaudio ranked sub $500 DD iem as origin>500lm>falcon ultra. I know its highly subjective but i would love to hear your opinion once you try out the origin. :)

Maybe he is preferring musically tuned IEMs over balanced IEMs but I rate EA500LM lowly. It's technical abilities are sub-par, doesn't sound clean enough and treble is dark. Falcon Ultra is not very warm or musical so it comes down to preferences. I like technical abilities, extension, definition and accuracy over musicality so I just don't recommend EA500LM to most.

@@eargasmic3060 Yes, i too think thats the case and i myself like to listen all the little nuances and the sound as accurately and resolving as it gets without being treble spicy . Timmy listens to j pop and k pop which i'm not a fan of. Btw which genre do you listen to when you assess these IEMs, do you listen to hindi music/bollywood when you assess?
@eargasmic3060

@bestcocbaseswithlink5069 no, Bollywood or Hindi music most of the time do not have the dynamic range, they are mostly vocal centric and it usually do not have variety of instruments playing in the background. I usually listen to alt rock, European brands and artists dominate my playlist. 😅 I like a lot of American bands too. And at times a good portion of my music is fusion and house too. I love "Everything everything" , Oasis, Biffy Clyro and some oldies too. There are some rap and RNB soul at times too.

Delci or Crinacle Zero Red in sound quality?
@eargasmic3060

Quality wise Dalci is much better. Zero Red is mid bassy and doesn't have the definition of Delci.

@gamingxcapsule 500lm is smoother and kind of hollowish and thick sounding. I don't like that. It's lack of separation is holding it down too but if that's not a problem for you, you can go for it. Or else, Delci is much better.

If you want a bassy IEM, go for T3 plus, Delci is a bit more V shaped and slightly less bassy but has pleasing, fatigue free presentation.

@@eargasmic3060 Exactly, z axis. I appreciate when the headphones can show the difference along the "z axis", i.e. that the sound is not muffled - that the seeing instrument does not trample and does not suffocate the accompanying instruments in the orchestra. I apologize for my bad English
@eargasmic3060

@brano5006 your English is fine. ✌🏻 If you want this Z-axis, only the Oriveti OD100 can do this nicely. No other IEM can, not under $100. Delci is not bad, but it doesn't place instruments around the head which the Oriveti does.
@brano5006

@@eargasmic3060 I don't mean the "around the head" effect, it's more about the good "vibration" of the musical instrument. And as a consequence, I guess they call it "texture", a good "view ahead 180°" in depth. For something like that, I listen to Dave Brubeck's composition Take Five and I pay attention to the double bass, so that it doesn't get "lost" and that the drummer doesn't "overshadow" it with his performance.

Interesting, this kind of movement is better with the Delci. Klanar is slightly restricted there.
